[Parent-Child Education] Prudential released the results of the latest "Overseas Study Planning Survey", which found that nearly 70% of the parents surveyed hope that their children will study abroad for primary and secondary education, and nearly 60% of the respondents who plan to study abroad do so to pursue their dreams.
Prudential survey: 51% of parents surveyed plan to send their children to study abroad during secondary school

Prudential used an online questionnaire from July to August this year to interview a total of 300 people aged 18 or above who plan to study abroad, as well as parents who have sent or plan to send their children to study abroad. The survey results also show that the educational expenses of studying abroad are expensive. Respondents expected to spend an average of nearly HK$800,000 on studying abroad each year, including:

86% of parents provide their children with credit cards with an average monthly limit of HKD 35,000
