Hong Kong Chu Hai College (HKCHC) is a recognized college in Hong Kong, China, with the qualification to award bachelor's degrees and above. The original Zhuhai College was the "Private Zhuhai University" in Guangzhou. It was founded in 1947. The original school was located at Zhusigang 2nd Road, Dongshan District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, with a long history. Because it has the same name as Zhuhai City, the outside world easily misunderstands that Zhuhai College has something to do with Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. The college was founded in 1947 and named Zhuhai, hoping that students can be as bright as "pearls" and as vast as "seas". Compared with Zhuhai City, which was established in 1979, it was named "Zhuhai" earlier. In order to eliminate misunderstandings, it was renamed "Hong Kong Zhuhai College" in December 2022.
The Chu Hai College of Higher Education in Hong Kong collaborates with universities in Taiwan, Mainland China or overseas to offer a range of master's, bachelor's, associate degree and diploma programmes in areas including literature, journalism, architecture, Buddhism, accounting, banking and finance, Chinese history and information science.
